STAND the Musical
The World's First Leadership Keynote Musical
STAND

— The Leadership Musical —

When you want to elevate your conference to legendary, you take a STAND.

The Performers

Two World-Class Storytellers
One Unforgettable Experience

Brant Menswar and Ben Thompson - STAND

STAND is performed by Brant Menswar and Ben Thompson — a leadership researcher and a Broadway artist who discovered that the fastest way to change how someone leads is to change how they feel first.

Brant Menswar

Brings the research, the conviction, and the leadership framework that makes the experience stick.

Ben Thompson

Brings the emotional force and artistry of Broadway.

Together, they create something entirely new.

Not just a keynote. Not just a concert.

The world's first

Leadership Keynote Musical.

An experience audiences will never forget.

Brant Menswar

Leadership Expert. Storyteller. National Recording Artist.

Brant Menswar is a globally recognized keynote speaker and the founder of Black Sheep Foundry, a research and leadership development firm helping organizations build cultures rooted in courage, connection, and purpose. His work has helped leaders and teams around the world discover what they truly stand for and align their actions with their values.

Before stepping onto leadership stages, Brant spent two decades as the frontman of Big Kettle Drum, earning national airplay, Billboard recognition, and a SiriusXM description of his voice as ‘gritty and magnificent’ — experience that taught him one thing above all else: when people believe in something together, they're capable of extraordinary things.

In STAND, Brant provides the leadership framework and ideas that anchor the experience.

Ben Thompson

Broadway Performer. Therapist. Storyteller.

Ben Thompson is a Broadway performer currently appearing in The Fear of 13 alongside Adrien Brody. His stage credits include American Idiot, Waitress, and Matilda, where he has earned recognition for powerful performances and compelling storytelling.

A former Adjunct Professor of Theatre Arts, Ben blends performance and teaching to create deeply human moments on stage. His commanding voice and presence bring the emotional force of Broadway to the leadership message at the heart of STAND.

Recently completing his master's degree, Ben has begun a family and marriage therapy practice, deepening his understanding of human connection, vulnerability, and healing.

Through music and storytelling, Ben transforms ideas into moments audiences don't just hear.

They feel them.

Together, Brant and Ben bring the worlds of leadership and Broadway together in a powerful new format.

One message. One commitment.

"I will stand where you stand."

Why a Keynote Musical?

Information Creates Awareness.
Emotion Drives Action.

Every conference delivers insights, strategies, and frameworks. But information alone doesn't drive behavior change. Music has always been one of the most powerful ways humans process meaning, courage, and connection — activating emotion, strengthening memory, and creating shared experiences that traditional presentations cannot replicate.

Category-Creating Format

A groundbreaking fusion that blends research-backed leadership frameworks with concert-level performance and storytelling.

Interactive Experience

Tailored mainstage experiences for conferences, summits, and leadership meetings that include your people in powerful ways.

Call to Action

Delivers unforgettable high-energy and moving moments while equipping audiences with practical tools they can use immediately.

"Not just a speech. Not just a concert. A movement."

The Framework

The Four Pillars of STAND

Every song, story, and moment in STAND is built around four essential leadership principles.

Stand Up

Courage

The willingness to define what matters most and act decisively when the path is unclear.

Stand Beside

Connection

Commitment to others. The eagerness to celebrate and protect your team during times of uncertainty.

Stand For

Conviction

Expanding what you believe is possible. "What the eyes see and the ears hear, the mind believes." — Houdini

Stand Strong

Compassion

Ensuring progress doesn't cost humanity. Leading with empathy and respect. Recognizing the unsaid words and circumstances.

The Outcome

BELIEF

"When these four pillars align, people believe again."

"

When people feel something, they remember it. When they remember it, they act on it. STAND is built to do both — at scale.
